Work email is required on the form. Phone is optional. We do not publish a switchboard number that could be mistaken for a factory service line.
US business days. Typical sequence: lock units, name exclusions, send one brief, review documents after a match. Social channels are not used as a quote inbox. A live production mailbox is a later acceptance item; a test submit on this form is not proof that a factory has already answered.
Rated capacity, platform and lip units, pit depth or dock height, power type, quantity, destination and requested delivery window. Optional budget can use a currency and a per-unit or whole-order basis. Supplier preference is a buyer choice, not a verified rating.
If the machine will sit on an existing dock, write the current dock height and whether a pit already exists. If the request is electric, add voltage, phase and frequency. If a contractor will own concrete extras, say so in the requirement so factories do not bury those extras in a machine-only number. No existing quotation is required to start.
